Step by Step Guide

To invite a user to your organisation, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the My Organisation tab within My Accounts to view the list of organisation members.

  2. From the Organisation Members table, click on the 'Invite User' button.

  3. Enter the email address of the user you want to invite and specify their user role.

  4. Click the 'Invite' button to send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email notification containing a link to set up their account.

The invitation link expires in 7 days
