I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

You can reset your password by going to https://app.reflowhub.com/ and clicking ‘Forgot your password?’. Enter the email you used to register your account and click ‘Send reset instructions’. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

My email address has changed. Can I change the email address associated with my account?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the email address associated with your account. In the case where you no longer have access to your old email address, you'll need to create a new account with a new email address. Please contact an admin user from your organisation to assist you with setting up a new account.

I would like to give my colleague access to the platform. Can I have multiple users under my organisation?

Yes, you have the option to grant access to your colleague by inviting them to become a user under your organisation.

I sent the invite to the wrong person. Can I retract the invite?

If you want to retract an invitation, you can delete the invited user from the Organisation Members table. Please be aware that the user will receive a notification about the invitation, but they won't be able to proceed with creating an account.

What does it mean when a user status is ‘suspended’?

When a user is suspended, they will be denied access to the platform. To reactivate their account, they should contact an Admin user within their organisation.

A user is no longer with the company. Can I delete the user from my company account?

Yes, you have the ability to remove users from your organisation. Please refer to 'How to delete a user from my organisation'.

What is the contact person?

The contact person for your organisation serves as the representative for all communication purposes. This role can only be assigned to an Admin user within your organisation.
